ICPC Indiana presents the Cunningham Award annually to an Indiana Chaplain for "Excellence in Law Enforcement Chaplaincy."
It was first awarded in 1995 to Dr. Wilbert A. Cunningham, who served with the Indianapolis Police Department, the Noblesville Police Department, and the F.B.I.

and receives hours of training by ICPC at Indiana & Regional and National Conferences each year.

Each year the chaplains donate countless hours to the departments
